Christmas Eve Pamper Routine

Happy Blogmas Day 24 😀

WooHoo!! It’s Christmas Eve 😀 Today is the last day of Blogmas 2016, which I’m a little sad about, but I’m so glad to have been able to take part 🙂 I will be honest, thinking of new stuff every day was at times challenging, but I rose to the occasion and I think I had some really good posts 🙂

Every Christmas Eve, I take a little while out of my evening and I have a little me time so today I thought I’d share my Christmas Eve Pamper Routine 🙂

Before Shower:

First off I light a candle in the bathroom for a few minutes before going in, I find it really helps get me started into relax mode 🙂 I then section off my hair a rub a got amount of coconut oil into the most damaged areas, which are my ends and I let it soak in. I then take a body scrub and give myself an all over body exfoliation! I was given this Salt Lime Peel Scrub, by Purite and I love love love it! 😀 The smell is amazingly refreshing and it leaves my skin so soft and hydrated for days afterwards.  I then hop in the shower and wash off, I try to use a natural Shampoo where possible and Seavite have a fantastic one that my Mum has used for years and makes my hair feel and smell so good 🙂

After Shower:

As soon as I get out, I wrap my hair up and I lightly tap myself dry, I then use my favourite body cream, which at the moment is from Origins  and put on some cosy PJ’s and fluffy socks 🙂 I’m big into sheet masks and anything from the Korean Beauty section of TK Maxx is my favourite, I will normally wear it for about 15ish minutes while my hair air dries, then when I’m done I just massage the excess liquid into my skin. Before I go to bed I will apply my Face Cream, I’m using one from Purite and I’ve been finding it perfect for my skin. It can get so dry this time of year and their nourishing cream has really been helping 🙂

Our family usually wait up until midnight and open one present before going to bed, so having this time early on in the night just helps me feel myself 🙂 I’ve been doing this every year for years and my body has been thanking me every since 😉

If you have the time, I really recommend finding a relaxing routine that works for you and taking just a few minutes to yourself before the madness that is Christmas Day begins 🙂

I want to thank all my followers who have been tuning in daily for my Blogmas and I want to wish everyone reading this a very Merry Christmas 😀

All The Best

CJ 🙂

I’m such a fan of coconut oil. I try to rub it into my hair every now and then and it makes all the difference. I love a good routine; but I’d have to say the best part is getting into cozy pajamas 🙂 Merry Christmas (eve)!!!!
