My Healthy Kickstart Week 5

Hi Guy’s

This week’s Healthy Kickstart update is going to be super short and sweet, but I promise I’ll make up for it next week 😉 It’s been a very busy but productive few days, I cooked a lot more, finally figured out how AMAZING nutritional yeast is and I even managed to get more information on some classes at my local gym, which I think are defiantly right up my alley!

Apart from attending the launch of the Irish Blogger Agency, I didn’t really get up to much else over the weekend, which is the first time in ages really. This coming weekend I’m heading home to Galway and have some fun activities planned both in the great outdoors and snuggled up inside 😀

As I said short and sweet, but I’m doing well and I think I can see some weight loss in my face. Keeping in mind tho, weight loss is not my overall goal but is natural with a healthy diet and activity level.

    1. Exactly 🙂 Losing weight should not be someones sole goal being healthy with both diet and exercise 😀 Thanks for stopping by
