Wow, guy’s I can’t believe it’s been 4 weeks already! I’m pretty much halfway on this first step of my journey and I’m so proud that I’ve gotten this far, especially after last week and the struggles I had! Looking back, a lot has changed for me. Physically, I’m not sure if I can see a real difference yet, but my mindsets have totally changed! I no longer eat whatever I can get my hands on. I plan out and I try my best to think ahead.
This weekend I was visiting with my boyfriend’s parents, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Would they understand my reasoning for my diet change? Would they forget and have nothing I could eat? These were my main concerns about going away, but everything went great 🙂 They had lots of veggies and vegan-friendly alternatives for me 😀
I was far more active this week and even walked to and from work almost every day, might not seem like much, but that 7k every day!! Been toying with the idea of joining a local gym, I’ve seen a few good exercise classes that look like a lot of fun so I’ll keep you posted 😀
